How to solve the digitize document error

Try to update the package and check again.

it seems that digitize document doesn’t support a scale set to a high value. It can work with value 2, but generate the error with 3. Start with default value and see if results are satisfying. Now with intelligent OCR, you can also use the OCR from the server. more precise

Hi @raju_alakuntla, I won’t say that it is correct approach. I was facing similar issues, so I downgraded my packages to stable versions(not preview versions) and remove unnecessary packages from the process and only kept the required packages and it works fine.

May be the preview versions are in development phase and are not that stable all of the times.
