How to send Web outlook mail ? Which activity to use?

I don’t have outlook installed in my computer. But I want to send mail message with attachment from UiPath.

How to send outlook mail in web ? what activity to consider ?
can we consider exchange mail or smtp ?

If Outlook application is not installed then use Send SMTP Mail Message or Office 365 activities to send an email.
