How to select target (fixed) on a screen where background UI is changing every time

Hello, I have a screen where a tool box is fixed on the top of the screen (as marked in red color in pictures 1,2,3) and I want to do click activity on “Files & Extras” in that tool box…Except for this tool box, all the background UI keeps changing as you can see in the pictures.

If I fix my target for click activity with one UI, the click activity fails to recognize when the background UI is different…How can I make a selector to identify my target independent of the UI?? I am attaching the selector window details also…Please check and help me with this

You can try with Click image activity.

If you any Shortcut key You can try with Send HotKey activity
