How to rollback on Orchestrator

Hi! I am facing a trouble with orchestrator.

I commited one application and updated it 3 times.
Let me say 1st ver. 2nd ver, 3rd Ver(latest)

I would like to run 2nd ver and want to delete 3rd ver
but I am not sure how to manupulate it.
