Please check from home tab go to settings and check Excel Add ins added in the studio. If not add the excel add in and then reopen the studio and try it

excel addins are already added in the studio but same error

There are command line options to manage addons, but they’ll require the same access rights, since in the backgroud the same steps would be performed.

I don’t know what those commands are, just that they exist. It’ll require some searching through the UiPath docs on your side I’m afraid.
