How to remove a job from terminating status

Please help me out to remove the job from terminating status so my pending jobs can be executed

My kill and stop both are disabled now . when i tried to kill the status went terminating and stuck there

If it’s still not resolved, UiPath support is the only hope you have. Connect with them on Customer Portal and raise this for high priority.

Hey @Kevin_Palathuruthy,

While going through UiPath Support is the best way, I would recommend:

1. Check if the Robot still has connectivity to Orchestrator, that might be the reason that allocated jobs are not started as the robot is not receiving them.
2. If there is connectivity, share with UiPath Support the diagnostic tool logs so that we can look into them.
