Reading whole ramge at once with color is not possible …

But if you want to get colors you can use get cell color activity in a loop to get each cell color

Can you elaborate what are the manual steps currently you are doing

Like are you directly converting excel to pdf then you can follow as per above

If your requirement is different like you adding these excel data to some other documents like word and then converting to pdf

If you give your requirement in detail will help in providing better solution
