How to open Application 1 or application 2 based on argument values

Good evening.
I need open one of 2 app via arguments: App1 or App2
I create sequence, where open App1 and App2.
Each application has its own output argument. Then I give an argument in invoke workflow, but only App1 always opens.
Can you send the right example?

for App1 and App2 have you given it in excel to open the application

check it as in/Out for the argument

Is the argument passed with IN direction correctly to that workflow been invoked
