basically computer vision selectors work at the same way that web selectors, it means that you can use the UiPath wildcards (?, *) to make those reliables and dynamic, based on that your dynamic selector for your title could be this

title = 'Plan Details For Subscriber ID * Generated on*'

The way you used a wild card * at the end of the titlw you can use the same wildcard characters at the place ehqere you have the changing numbers so that even that is considered dynamically
