How to launch Local word application after process start?

Hi their everyone, hope your all having a good day

I have a 2 parter here
1st- I have an app build in UiPath studios that i am automating using the web studio that captures student infor get the data and uses it to rewrite a word doc template,
how doi open word locally with web studios and the after the start process
2nd - is their a better way of going about data extraction from set fields without the need for get text as it needs a browser to run ?

From a website if you need to get data then Data extraction/Table extraction/Get text is the the way to get it

For word…you have dedicated word related activities which could be used

the major issue is im using the online studio which works diffrently from the desktop application and does not show the word activities at all.
