How to kill IBM Notes process

How to kill IBM Notes process, sometime notes encounter unknow reason and cannot exit normal, I want to kill IBM Notes process, however, I tried failed, thanks.

Don’t use Kill Process. Just use Close Window. However, is this a window that opened because you used the Terminal Session activity to open it? If so, check the Close Connection box in the Terminal Session activity properties and it’ll close when it is done executing the steps inside the Terminal Session activity. Also, I highly recommend using Direct Connection instead of third-party terminal clients. Direct Connection is faster and more reliable.

Did you happen to check the name of the process from the properties?

Ypu can right click on task manager check the properties which will have the exact name…can use the same in kill process
