How to install community version after using trial version

Installer(.exe or .msi): exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code): free, trial

Studio/Robot version: studio

Current behavior: unable to install in a new system

I am unable to activate UI path in my system. Kindly help

when get into this link there and try to raise incident there is no provision for that. kindly help how to create a incident.
