How to include Form-data content to the PUT request

Hi, I’m trying to setup a API request from studio and attaching the curl below. This is file upload PUT request call.

curl --location --request PUT ‘Endpoint’
–header ‘Authorization: TOKEN’
–header ‘Accept: application/json’
–header ‘intuit_resourceOwnerId: 123456’
–header ‘intuit_resourceOwnerType: REALM’
–form ‘document=@“/C:/Users/Downloads/MetaData.json”’
–form ‘tax_file0=@“/C:/Users/Documents/DocumentName.pdf”’

This curl was generated from postman.

And in the form contents-> the DocumentName.pdf is the file to upload and MetaData.json contains metadata (filename, and other common attributes) and it is required for the service call. Can someone help to setup this request?

if none of this works you could use invoke vb.net code
