How to handle read range if an excel contains two same columns names?

Hi All

I want to download a report from a webpage in excel format. But the report contains two columns with same names. Then while using read range its throwing error.

I cant untick Add Headers property as i need all the headers in my automation.

How can i handle such scenario ?
