its possible to get multiple times, if you’ve been a member for a year with at least one post in that year

Thank you @Palaniyappan , that’s it I want to get.
I post some times in last year and this year but my anniversary badge doesn’t have green check mark.

It’s an anniversary badge, you won’t be eligible until you’ve been here for a year. You should get it on November 5th.
