How to get assets from orchestrator if you are not the account owner?

Hi all,

There is a new developer on the team, and we need to be able to retrieve assets from the orchestrator for our project. How do we connect the new developer’s account to the existing orchestrator platform? They have already been added to the service but is unable to use the “get asset” activity because “Orchestrator information is not available. Please check if the UiPath robot service is started”. We cannot create a new robot because we are using the Community edition. Is there another way of retrieving assets?

We have to connect that robot machine with Orchestrator then only we can retrieve Assets from Orchestrator else it’s not possible.
