How to get all visible text that has a scoll?

As you can see on the image below , the get visible text could only capture the data that was shown on screen and there is a scroll , I want to get all the data how do we capture it when there is a scroll ? . Thanks

When we scroll down there are additional rows of data but visible text can only capture the page on the screen and not the whole data which is we need to scroll.
