How to dowload PDF from IE 11

hi Team,

How to download a PDF from IE 11, i have tried using the ShortCut Ctrl+Shift+S, but when tried separately its working fine but when tried with complete flow its not working as expected. Tried with Send Hotkey.

Any suggestion will be helpful
