How to display single data from Entity

i can easily display data in data table using entity but when i try to display single value from entity its not showing in the text field. anyone please tell me how to take single data from entity. i am using uipath app to display data

Can you use lookup function to display? something as below.

you can use one more way to set the value.

on click of table write a rule that set value and set the value from selected data table item to single control into pages.
