How to detect color?

from following three windows,
I’m trying to detect GRAY colored window.
how to detect gray color window?

the target application is not web application
but it is non-unicode windows application.

i’m trying to click “SELL USD” button which were exist at same style three windows.
currently unable to find possible anchor for that button.
