Detecting a greyed out button in Computer Vision

I have taken multiple approaches and been in numerous threads looking for an answer. I have an automation that opens a screen, and the only difference when it opens this screen is a select button that is white or grey. How can I get Computer Vision to recognize that?

1. are not normal activities not working?
2. if you show some screenshots we can check
3. you want to recognize button? if so then use the region if area is not detected
4. you can try playing with accuracy and grayscale
