How to create hyperlink names for custom workflow analyzer rules?

I have been creating custom workflow analyzer rules and am having troubles figuring out how to make the ID a hyperlink to route users to a URL with additional information about the rule. Any familiar with how to turn custom rule IDs from plain text to hyperlinks?

a little time back we did as the following

  • define a const with a valid URL
  • set the ruleinstance.DocumentationLink by using the above mentioned const

similar work on the inspection result implementation part
