How to create checkbox to custom activity with c#?

at moment i need create a custom activity that include checkbox, but i don’t know how to create with c#, any solucion to my case please.?

We have “Check” activity to check or uncheck checkbox and it has ‘Action’ property. you can perform any action that you want to do
