How to configre Add incident activity for servicenow

Hi All

I’m trying to add an incident in servicenow from uipath. I’ve configured uipathteam activities. inside servicenow application scope have added “Add incident” activity. Now how should I configure parameters for the incident to be added in servicenow. I’m getting nullexception. Have added screenshots
