How to complete bot based on task?

HI Guys,
Excel input and output sheet: image
I need the result as status column
My task: 1. first open app if bot is able to open app then status should be pass if failure status should be fail and error details should be in comments column. And so on,
if pass or fail my bot it should be go to the next step and do same like previous step
can you please help me with dummy workflow
as a example for operation purpose you can use any website
