Seems there is no big difference in selector when I only click this long text customer name 
Please check how aaname attribute is extracting the data for the long text. @yangyq10

@vrdabberu And its weird that there is no aaname in long text name. Should I put more name in strict selector?

Okay then for long name the aaname attribute is not visible so change the attribute to inner text and follow the same steps as done earlier and please update me the output. @yangyq10

I test many times in last one hour and fix it by below solution

Actually the process done by you will work for few cases only. If the window position is changed or else the window size gets changed then the solution done by you will get failed. @yangyq10
