How to change page numbers in a pdf file which has page 1 of 1 in every pdf file pages

After converting an word doc file into pdf file document the respective page of pdf file getting stored as page 1 or 1 and when merging or joining all pdf documents in to single file by default all the pages in pdf file is getting auto populated as page 1 of 1.

Any one kindly help with a solution to get page numbers as 1, 2,3…in a specific pdf file
