How to add tool tips for library creation

Hai Team,
I am creating a library I want to add tool-tip for each of the activities.
How to add tool-tip for only few activities in that xaml.

when it is about Custom Library:

• right click the XAML
• select Activity Layout

in case of further assistance is needed, let us know:

• Version of the UiPath.System.Activities?
• Project set to Windows or Legacy?
