How refresh outlook inbox before run Getoutlookmailmessage activity?

Hello,

When i connect VPN, I receive certification number in outlook.
but outlook inbox not refreshed so i can’t get a mail body.
how can i get a refreshed mail body ??

Hi @zzangkim89 ,

I don’t see any activity for that but you can refresh it through bot by interacting outlook UI and click on send and receive button.

You can also try to connect with your IT team as mostly it refreshed we don’t need to do manually.
