How do i save as type PDF in excel using shortcut keys?

Hi guys, how do i save the one i want to print in excel as PDF using shortcut keys? im not sure how i know that F12 can save as but cannot save as type…

Hi,

I would recommend using Save Excel File As PDF activity, although it is not the answer to your question.

This activity is for StudioX, but we can also use it in Studio. Please check “Show StudioX” in Activities panel and use “Use Excel File” activity instead of Excel Application Scope.

You can use Select Item activity and choose PDF from dropdown list which will be visible in Select Item activity.

Thanks this works but take quite long to save as PDF :thinking:
