How do I convert a library from Legacy to Windows?

This document says…

Right-click the project node in the Project panel and then select Convert to Windows . A new window is displayed.

But when I right-click the project node I don’t see Convert to Windows:

I have the same problem, did you ever find a solution?

My library is ‘Legacy’ as ‘targetFramework’ in the project.json file. I also don’t see the option available anywhere else in other ‘Legacy’ projects.

After upgrading to Studio 23.4 I see the option now when right-clicking in the project panel

Thanks for the follow up! Unfortunately updating to 23.x isn’t an option for us at this time. Still not sure how to activate this ‘feature’ without it showing up automatically or within the project node…

Are you right-clicking the name of the project at the top of the project tree?

Yes, as shown here,

‘Legacy’ as shown in the ‘project.json’ file:

Does it say Legacy next to “Dependencies” in the project panel?

Yes, in this library, and in the regular workflows, they’re all identified as legacy.

Do you have .Net 6 installed on your machine?

I don’t have .NET 6 in my dev environment, but as a test… I spun up a Windows 10 virtual machine, installed .NET 6, created a new Windows-Legacy project, and still no option to convert. I’m on Studio 2022.4.5 in case that matters.

@postwick - Hi Paul, just a follow-up as the solution was found by Bhanu when I contacted UiPath customer support. The issue simply is that they introduced this feature as 2022.10, and not the version I have (2022.4). Thank you for your follow-ups and suggestions in this thread.
