How can I update Orchestrator and Studio?

Hi guys, I have a enterprise license for an orchestrator and another for a studio.
Currently I have Orchestrator 2019.10.18 version and Studio 2019.10.4 version installed locally.
I need to update Studio to latest version because I need to use UiPath.Core.Activities.SAP activities which are totally missing from my current version.
Can you please advice me how can I update them? Thank you!
