How Can I Solve this Remote Exception RPD Problem?

Hello, everyone
How are you?

It’s been some time that I’m having a problem with my RPD automation. I would like to know if you could help me with this problem that we’re having here at my work almost everyday with our Robots. The problem originally is written in portuguese (english version after):

A execução da tarefa terminou abruptamente! RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: A execução da tarefa terminou abruptamente!

In english would be (free translation):

The task has finished abruptly! RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: The execution of the task has finished abruptly!

Below I’ve posted an image (two screens in one figure) that could help to visualize the scope of the problem and the Job Details of the Orchestrator:

I’ve done some researches about the topic, but I couldn’t find anything that could bring some light to the problem we’re facing.

I hope that the informations above can clarify enough my problem. Also, I would like to apologize for any english grammar or word mistakes. It’s not my first language.

We need some more details.
Can you verify at what step this flow is crashing?
Also, can you provide the scenario?

Are you using the Community or the Enterprise version?
It was working OK before?

The RPA doesn’t even begin when this problem happens.

Also, can you provide the scenario?

The scenario would be the access a website and retrieve a CSV document.

Are you using the Community or the Enterprise version?

We’re using Community Plan.

It was working OK before?

Since when I started at this job, our RPA’s run sometimes and others times, they don’t. They crash with an unexpected exception.

If more informations are needed, I’ll try to get it.
