Unable to Scrape anything using Tesseract OCR

Dear All, I am unable to use any functionality of the Tesseract OCR method in UiPath (version 2019.6.0 Community Edition). I have tried scraping web pages, notepads, admin consoles etc. to see if it is application specific. But everytime, I received the message “OCR method failed to scrape this UI Element”.
