Tesseract OCR error

Hello!
I need to read text from PDF file in ukrainian language. I have installer ukr language pack.
When i trying to use Read PDF Ocr scope with Tesseract OCR i got this error:

Also when i use Screen Scrapping it works well. But i need Read PDF on background.
