Are you actually going to fetching emails from Gmail (IMAP) or using some other activity set like SMTP or Outlook?

Hi @Tharusha_Fernando last recived mail mean the mail which recived as per the current date or
between the date range

are you getting all the outlook messages with that filter? It so, you have list of items that you can filter again by date/time.

@NIVED_NAMBIAR example we have 2 mail from same subject and same email address
if so i have to get the last email
