How can i delet my account in Uipath

Hello, please help me.
I created my account with the free version and all my projects were created with UiPath Studio and now my license change to Studio X and I need to use UiPath community but with the same account.
How can I delete my current account and create it again but this time with UiPath Community?

Hi @melissag,

You can delete your UiPath account by filling out this form and the UiPath SRE team will delete the data. You can then follow the sign-up flow to create a new account with UiPath Community using your Gmail account. It will then ask you to create a new organization on the same email, and the current one will get deleted due to inactivity at one point.

Thanks,

Hi,

In this case, it may be unnecessary to delete your account.
First delete your organization at AutomationCloud- Admin - Settings -Advanced

Then re-create organization as Community plan.

H @Yoichi ,
I will try to do your solution, but after that I have a question.
If I delete my organization in AutomationCloud- Admin - Settings - Advanced then what is the path I should follow?

Hi,

Please access the following URL then create organization as Community.
(we might be able to create it before delete current organization)

https://cloud.uipath.com/portal_/register?subscriptionPlan=community&ecommerceRedirect=false

Hi Yochi!
Yeiiiii I got it!!! with your help you are the best!!! thank you so sooo much!!!
I just have one more question.
Now is it necessary for me to delete the previous account? or do you recommend me not to do it this way?

Did you create new account (ID) ?
Which do you mean it’s ID or organization?

Regards,

No, I just re-created the same name with my same account, and when I try to log in, UiPath asks me: Choose the organization you want to enter and I have to select, but I have the same name for the 2 organizations, but with different URL.
Its necesary to delete the first account?

Hi,

If my understanding is right, you have 1 account (ID: mail address) and 2 organizations now, is it right?
If so, it may be better to delete the first organization at AutomationCloud- Admin - Settings -Advanced.
