Highlighting correct element but click wrong ele

Hi
Tool is highlighting the right element but clicking wrong element.

If we refresh the page then it clicks the right element.

It is happening for all scenarios of my projects. We need to refresh

Whether you have tried to change the selectors in ui-explorer(Visual Tree)???..

Yes, that got resolved. But tell me about refreshing the page. Cache clear is not happening.

I am not asking about refresh browser activity.
if I use get full text activity, and it dispalys a right text which is present in UI.

Eg: say it dispalyed banglore.

Same UI Same selector but the text is changed to chennai.

When we run the code still displaying banglore
