by mistake, I have updated a wrong primary email ID, in which I am unable to receive an email and unable to correct it because It’s promoting me to verify the email (which is wrong).
I am able to login to other domains of Uipath using my old login (Uipath Plateform, Forum) only Uipath academy is the issue.
Please try to go your account setting and change email address
2.Also, try login with different options given - Microsoft or another website
3.Contact your UiPath Account Manager / PEM and request for correction.
Thanks for the email. Regarding the option one, I am unable to get to the settings option, its regularly prompting me to get my changed email verified. Which is not possible.
Login to a different email is not an option since I am from TCS and I am doing prescribed training using my official email
Hi - I would recommend to address UiPath tech support team. Mostly the options work and if neither of the works in your case try the 3rd… connect with PEM - Partner Enable Manager/Sales account manager.
