Help with existing UiPath Solution Architect Certification

Hi UiPath,
I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’m trying to locate my Solution Architect certification from around 2021, but I’m unable to find it in my current account. I recently changed companies, so it’s possible that my certification is still associated with my previous corporate email and the accounts may need to be merged.
I’ve already reached out to UiPath Support via the “Contact Us” page, but I haven’t received any update yet.
Could someone please advise on the best way to get this resolved or the correct team/mailbox to reach out to?

Contacting the pearson support is the right way..only they can merge if needed
