When ever there is a business exception the bot should send an email and update that in queue and end the process.
But in my case it catches the error sends and bunisness exception email , but along with it it… the bot captures that as system exception in system as well and updates queue as application exception and sends an email again as system exception.
We would ask you to perform Debugging and trace the Error back to the Set Transaction Status workflow and check Each Step by performing a Step Into activity.
As there might be a custom code/change done within it, it might be happening in that manner.
