Having problem in Generate yearly report assignment (Dispatcher)

Hi everyone.

Facing one issue in the second assignment Generate Yearly report. AS mentioned in the work through I am making the selector of the page number using in_TransactionNumber argument.
The selector looking like this.

This one is passing false value. I dont know why, rest of the things I am doing fine. Transaction_Number argument also passing right value. When I am using the static value in the selector it is working fine.

Please help me out here, what should be done to work it fine. Project attached for further help.

I want finish it asap.
