Google Chrome Extension Not Working Even Though It is Enabled

Hello All,

I have a customer using an attended bot. I have created an automation for them that using Google Chrome. We have installed the Google Chrome extension through Studio and looking at the browser extensions it looks enabled and the Allow access to file URLs and Allow in Incognito options are enabled as well. When running the automation process, however, the bot is not able to interact with the browser.

In the registry, the UIPath extension is added to the ExtensionInstallWhitelist Google Chrome Policy

What concerns me is that in the AppData\Local\UiPath folder there are no native_host_manifest_chrome.json and uipath-ff.json files.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

I tried removing the extension and adding it both through Studio and the Chrome web store. They are using Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit) of Google Chrome.

What version of the studio was used to build this robot?

Their version is 2021.10.3.
