Getting Exception HRESULT :)0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFUALT)

I’m try to execute Excel Application scope Activity I,m getting the following Error.

Excel Application Scope: The server threw an exception.(Exception From HRESULT:0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFUALT)

Can anyone provide me an explanation and what I should do?
