GetText Activity becomes very slow while scraping tag's text from tags panel in Acrobat DC pro

GetText Activity becomes very slow to scrape tag’s text as shown in the attachment.

If tags are less(all tags can be seen w/o scroll), then it works fine but when tags are more it becomes extremely slow on windows 7 and crashes acrobat DC pro on windows 10 machine.

I have tried the followings:

  • getText with wait for ready none
  • getText with wait for ready interactive
  • getOCRtext
  • gettext with anchor base
  • tried UI explorer to indicate elements

All of the above are working extremely slow on PDFs with more tags.

Any help is appreciated!
