Get text selectors not working

Hello I am using 4 get text activities, however the first two work great every time the other 2 work and then as soon as I exit out and restart the browser they stop working. I have tried both strict and fuzzy no change. I also have also use 1-3 different anchors, Any ideas?

This one only works until the browser is exited and then reopened

I recommend you to use classic get text activity and use UI Explorer to modify selector and make selector dynamic and it will work for you.
