Get specific value from Data table into String Variable

The data above I will store to data table. from those data table I want to get specific value directly for index 0 with the detail below.

No : 1, Name : James, Region : Jakarta, Age : 21

The value will be store into several variable.

What is the VB syntax to solve this case.

Is there a way to get a value in one particular row in a datatable without using Get Row Item inside the For Each Row activity? In other words, how can I get the value in the first row under the table column headings in column 11? Thanks, Laura
