Get Queue Items: Operation returned an invalid status code 'Bad Request'

I am working with uipath orchestrator version 2020.10. The studio is connected to the orchestrator.

When I try to get queue items I get this error message "Get Queue Items: Operation returned an invalid status code ‘Bad Request’ .

I have gone through all the posts but nothing has helped me so far. What could be reason for this error and how to fix this?

Anyone can help us?

Are you giving it the correct Queue name? Is the Queue in the same Orchestrator folder as the Robot you’re using? Does the Robot you’re using have permissions to get queue items?

I found what’s my problem:
I didn’t assign any role/machine to the folder in the orchestrator.

@Sairam_RPA have you assign role/machine?
