Get Queue Item filter issue

My Get Queue Items activity, filtered by “From” date, fails in production with “Invalid OData query options” (error 1000) despite working in dev. Any known fixes for this apparent bug?

We actually encountered this issue just this week.

We compared the tenant settings of both and saw that:
Strict API was disabled in our test tenant but not on prod tenant.
It’s under Tenant > Settings > General

After disabling it in prod tenant, our filtering worked.

Can you check on your end?

It is currently checked. I’ll try unchecking it and test the filter.
