Get POP3 Mail Messages

Hi,
I am receiving the following error:
Get POP3 Mail Messages: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 108.177.103.109:995

Looks like a connectivity issue between the system and the mail server, is the ping to the IP address working fine?

How do i check the ping to the IP Address?

You can use command prompt and type in “ping” followed by the IP address… this will give you a response from the server.
